He was a beautiful man
My wife's grandfather has just passed. He was a beautiful man full of life and energy. Although he had bad knees and was having a terrible time. He was the man that picked me out of the multitude of suitors that were seeking my wife's hand in marriage. For that I am eternally indebted to him. He was of contagious character. Always full of stories and always smiling. I loved him very much. He was to come and stay with us for the remainder of his days but Allah chose to call him home. Inna Lillahi Wa Inna ilayhe Rajioon. There is much more to say about him, but I am trying to get out of here tonight. Pray for us.
Inna Illahi Wa Inna Ilayhi Rajiun.
ReplyDeleteAs Salaamu Alaikum Muhammad. I have avoided your blog (felt odd visiting you) since our last ordeal but for some reason felt compelled to visit it today. (hope I'm not over stepping boundaries)Sorry to learn of the lost of you and your wife's grandfather, but felt good to learn of his smiling, contagious character. May Allah be with you all and keep you in remembrance of HIM through this.
I tried to read backwards to check up on what's been going on with you lately, but it is all too overwhelming and a bit confusing, so i give up, but I send my dua'as to you and your family. Please give the salaams to everyone for me.

Shukran it was a wonderful funeral. He didn't look like he did when he was alive though. His contagious smile was gone, but the service was nice. Thank you for your support.
