This is an open letter to Muslim Webmasters. I warn you in choosing your site for hosting. If it is a free site with banner ads please don't use this medium because you have no control over what is being advertised on your site. In your content you will be talking about Allah Subhannahu Wa Ta'ala and in the side bar they will be marketing dildos or something else that we as Muslims find offensive or something that is just genuinely embarrassing or does not shed a light on Islam very well. The Ads are random and they do not stay the same all the time so I may not see the same Ad that someone in Chicago is seeing or that you are seeing for that matter depending on the sophistication of the marketing plan. However the fact remains that you have no control over what is being marketed. So unless you are truly trying to sell Larry's Skanky Sex toys I would suggest taking down the auto Ads.
Here is a million dollar Idea create a web ad plug-in that specifically caters to Muslim and non-Muslim offensive businesses and then offer it for free for Muslims to download and place on their sites for a small fee (for the advertisers not the websites) and then you can control the content seen on Muslim websites that want to collect money from random advertisments.
