Should I bring back the soft porn?
Uh oh looks like my readership has dropped off. Minneapolis hasn't visited since the end of last month. Well I have mids over the next couple of nights maybe I can dig some stuff up from my bag of stories. My Wifee, DocPeace and the kids from Toronto (hey its a college) are still with me Yayy! Desperate times call for desparate measures. LOL, ROFLMAO, I just had a thought Hmm I sometimes still think about the Moneeba union and in the not too distant future I will have two houses. Of course because my finances haven't risen significantly they would both have to pay rent so that wouldn't work.
Now here is something that still has me miffed everytime I think about it. In the US there is something called Section 8 or rent assistance. Now unbeknownst to me until I was schooled is how brothers with Low to no paying jobs are racking up the full complement of wives. Well my friends that is where Section 8 comes in and suddenly a Minimum wage earner can pay the rent of 4 households at an out of pocket cost of $200 or less. WTF is that all about. Now to me that is just downright wrong, but to those with that ghetto mentality it is the way to buck the system. I think it is stupid to tell you the truth and downright wrong. What do you think? (crickets chirping) Anyway that isn't something I could do... Unless of course I could get a mortgaged paid off out of the deal then it could be a come-up (The come-up my Wifee's phrase). Now if I were to scheme, Section 8 could realistically pay off hundreds of properties all with subsidized funds. My Mom has Section 8 renters who have paid off 8 years of her mortgage (only to have her take out subsequent loans to reduce the equity, but hey she's got 4 homes) Hmmm this could be the start of a whole new relationship. The only downfall is those that normally apply for section 8 are not the kind of peeps you want around on a full time basis, normally, but that is a stereotype because my mom's renters were very nice folks.
The Lake of the woods house isn't going to allow Section 8, but the parcel in Partlow will. The wheels in my head keep on turning. Better stop before I get into trouble on more than one front.
