Pigs

Christians say that Jesus is God Almighty (I as a Muslim do not believe this at all). Well if he is such and he is all knowing and everything why don't they reflect and bring to contrast the Old testament prohibition for swine and the acts of Jesus Christ. Obviously out of all of the creatures of the earth the only thing that he saw fit to place demons in were pigs. If pigs are the only animals fit for demons and devils why would you want to eat it?

I find it just puzzling.
