Bummer

Well here I am without an internet connection and apparently without a phone. My phone cord died and there isn’t anything I can really do about it. I have another cord that I can cut up and try to use but it really would be kind of counter productive. I like the little retractable cables but they aren’t really that sturdy so now that I know that I will have to be more careful with the next one. They are designed for occasional use, but I use mine all the time for my phone. I think that ultimately they need to create it so that it has a metal jacket or braiding around it, so enough on that.

So I suppose I can try to give you the full update, but I won’t know how updated it will be by the time I post it because I don’t have a phone to email this from. I wouldn’t have coverage if I did, and I really don’t want to tie up my dad’s phone line. I probably will just to USB this thing out later on today or something.

Well let me see you’ve all seen the pictures of the baby. I haven’t because I haven’t had an internet connection, so I’m kinda out of the loop. Well anyway here goes. We went to the Dr.’s last Monday and sure as grits is groceries she said that she had to be admitted fulltime to the hospital. So we putz around a little and then head on up to Bethesda National Hospital. Now where she is if you do research on the hospital and the NICU there you will find out that it is one of the best in the world. So we kinda got lucky on that one. They have the state of the art everything there; you’ve seen the 3D ultrasound photos. Excuse my chinsy camera. They have it all. Wifee is in a room all by herself and bored as hell so you can give her a call. I don’t know if I have set up her email on her phone yet but you can email her directly at mrssaadiq at sprintpcs dot com or net one of the two I will give a more definitive answer when I get my phone back up and running. So by all means write to her so that she can have some connection to the outside world. I would give her number but I haven’t asked her about that at the time of this post. I know that there are some readers in and around the Maryland area if you wanted to drop by you could. We are going to start celebrating Tuesdays as we count down the weeks. She needs to keep the baby in for ten more weeks before the C-section. So that’s’ like April 9th.

So the plan as it stands is this I’m taking my two girls to stay with my father. If they do well there I may or may not leave them there after I finish the lake house. My foster son and my eldest daughter will be at a friend’s house for the most part and I will try to take them to see mom at least once a week. If I had the lake house fixed everything wouldn’t be so bad. I could keep the girls here and everything, but I think that I will get them after I finish the lake house.

So it appears that the girls will be with my parents at least until my preliminary schools are done. I have to have the lake house fixed and rented this month. After this month I won’t have any recourse to any emergency cash stashes. So there it is. Well needless to say this is all freaking out my wife. She is having a very hard time without the girls and the ability to relax. She can’t sleep. Not that she ever does without me. If I’m there she sleeps like a baby but if I’m not there than forget it. They are thinking about giving her a sedative at night to make her fall asleep but Insha Allah that won’t happen. I actually hope to get my girls as soon as I finish this house so that I won’t have to worry about my kids eating pork or pork based products. We keep a vigilant eye out but my parents aren’t so keen as to all of the places they stash the hog. Uggh!

Well that is all I have to write today maybe I will write some more stuff later on. I’ll be chilling with my cousin a little later. I start back on either Saturday night or Sunday morning to go back home and drop the kids off. Then it’s back to work. I’m sorry that I haven’t been blogging but there have been some serious set backs as far as comms are concerned.
